How long does it take to process a passport application?

The processing time for passport applications is typically 6-8 weeks. Once your passport is ready, you will be notified via email or SMS.

Can someone else apply for a visa on my behalf?

Yes, a representative may submit visa applications on your behalf. However, the applicant must provide an authorization letter and a copy of their valid ID. For some visa categories, personal appearance may be required.

What are the consular hours?

The Consular Section is open from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Consulate is closed on Philippine and Saudi Arabian holidays.
